Lou Carcelli is the President and Founder of the DYNAMIX GROUP, LLC, a Cleveland, OH based national executive search and recruitment firm that assists small, mid-cap and large Fortune 500 organizations with the recruitment and succession planning side of their business. DYNAMIX GROUP, LLC, specializes in identifying key managers and individual contributors to fill “impact roles” who have the potential to be the leaders of tomorrow. They offer fully customized and flexible solutions to meet the specific demands of an organization’s talent needs.

Lou has over 25 years of experience in executive search and recruitment and has been directly involved with executive search assignments ranging from staff level and mid-management positions to senior executive roles. His functional expertise includes Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Materials, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Human Resources. Lou has conducted executive search engagements for both publicly traded and privately-held industrial manufacturing corporations, distribution organizations, and professional service firms.

He has served organizations in diverse industries including Medical Devices, Consumer Goods, Industrial Components, Capital Equipment, Automotive, Steel, Chemical, Electronics, Semiconductor, Rubber and Plastics.

Prior to joining DYNAMIX GROUP, LLC, Lou worked as a Consultant and Director for Waverly Partners, LLC, a national retained executive search firm. He also served as a Managing Director for the Cleveland, OH office of Spherion Corporation, a national recruitment and staffing company (formerly Aim Executive, Inc). Earlier in his career, Lou served as a Search Consultant, Trainer and Research Associate. Lou takes a consultative and customized approach to his search and recruitment practice. He works with client executives on identifying organizational obstacles to talent acquisition, then formulates and implements a search plan to effectively identify and recruit outstanding business specialists, managers and executives.

Lou earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree from John Carroll University, majoring in Management with a concentration in Human Resources. He also received the Certified Personnel Consultant designation from the National Association of Personnel Services.
